democracy

the majority of the world's population is uneducated and easily exploited.
if majority wins all the time, then where is this world headed?

you know what, pick yourself up, dust off your shoulders and make the most of things! hahah yeah, I know what you're thinking, "wtf, is this really coming from neurotic hieu?!" it's the new mentality I'm trying to adopt. I wonder how long it will last. I think you should try it.

i dont think your comment had anything to do with my comment on the obvious flaw of democracy.

Well you're negative and neurotic thoughts on democracy originate from your QQ mood, so I'm addressing the source of the problem.

Common sense > majority anyway. Just because the majority of people are uneducated, doesn't mean that world decisions are going to be made by uneducated people. I'm sure that the majority of Australian's would want the government to give them $5000 as a stimulus package because who doesn't want free money? But that won't happen because there are EDUCATED people in parliament who would overrule such a thought.

It's like petitions, just because a whole bunch of people sign it and express their desire to have something done, doesn't mean it will happen. Sure it might put pressure on things to change, but the bottom line is, if its logic and reasoning is made from an uneducated point of view, it's not going to happen.

=P my two cents. haha
